Every die is engineered from scratch using CAD modelling, flow simulation, and precision CNC machining — ensuring dimensional accuracy, optimized metal flow, and extended service life from day one.

Profile Review & Design Brief
We analyze your profile geometry, alloy specification, press parameters, and commercial tolerances to define the die engineering brief.

CAD Modelling & Simulation
Our engineering team models the die in full 3D, validating metal flow, bearing layout, and mandrel geometry before any steel is cut.

CNC Machining & Wire-Cut EDM
Dies are machined on 5-axis CNC centres and finished with wire-cut EDM to micron-level tolerances.

Heat Treatment & Surface Finishing
All dies undergo controlled heat treatment for hardness and toughness, followed by polishing and surface treatment.
